Objective: To provide a multilayer dental material containing gingival morphology and its preparation method. The dental material is a multilayer zirconia material containing stabilizers to obtain a color and gradient effect highly similar to natural teeth.
Methods: The powders prepared by hydrothermal synthesis with different components were added to the mold for molding in turn, and the ceramic blocks were processed by cold isostatic pressing, presintering, CAD/CAM processing and final sintering in order to obtain zirconia restorations.
Results: A kind of dental graded zirconia restorative material with good shrinkage consistency and edge tightness was obtained, with an average strength of more than 1000 MPa and a translucency of more than 47%.
Conclusion: The multilayer dental material realizes the gradual change from insical to cervical, realizes the integration of abutment and gingiva, fills its gap, and greatly satisfies the aesthetic restoration of patients
